Dinner #47: 14/09/2012

A surplus of zucchinis in the fridge and not much else, resulted in zucchini fritters for dinner. Supplemented with a bean & feta salad and a poached egg. I’m not very good at making poached eggs, I wish I was. I have tried all the methods, but the result is usually only average looking. Oh well, they still taste good.
