It was a toasty warm day today so we decided to have a BBQ. We were going to get some seafood or something, but then in the end decided on this rolled roast thingy. The packaging said it was a “Pork & Veal Roast”…now…I wasn’t entirely sure what that meant, and visions of some sort of creepy half pig/half baby cow creature filled my head….in the end though I think there were some Turducken type principles involved in this concoction.

Well, whatever it was, roasted on the BBQ it turned out to be pretty tasty (in reality, I think it was veal on the inside wrapped with pork belly), and, along with some roasted potatoes & sweet potato & stewed aples, there was nothing bad here.
