In hindsight, pizza for dinner tonight probably wasn’t the wisest decision. After spending the afternoon at The Cheese Barrel in the Swan Valley gorging ourselves on delectable cheeses from around the globe, the last thing I probably needed for dinner was more cheese. But alas, it’s too late now.
