My little band Burgers of Beef is playing a gig tonight, and as it is Sunday it will be an early-ish show (that’s what happens in Perth – pubs shut at 10pm on Sundays) soooo luckily, dinner is a simple affair of leftovers from last night with some added mushrooms and a tomato and avocado salad.
