Back in the city today. Had arvo snack of ham and cheese quesadillas at League of Honest Coffee. Also affogato coffees. Really, really good.

Tonight we were going to see Band of Horses, at the Palais, again. So we needed an early dinner, again. We decided that the only sensible thing to do was to head to The Lounge for beers and dinner.

We enjoyed the chips we had there the other day so much, we decided to order them again. Also the mini burgers. The mini burgers came with chips as well, so we had lots of chips.

After dinner, we still had a little time before we needed to get to the Palais, so we nipped over to the Toff for a quick bevvie. I had a random Japanese beer “Sun Sun” from Nagano – it was really malty and bitter, and I didn’t really like it. I don’t actually ever really like Japanese beer, but I always continue to try it!

Then we headed off to see Band of Horses. Had a quick look at Luna Park and saw these elephants.

Had a beer at the Palais pre show and met up with Danni & Dale.

Then we saw Band of Horses and they were rad. They played “Laredo” so I was happy 🙂

After the show, we met up with Gary (Gaz) and went and had a drink back in the city at the Toff.

Then, at about 2am, we left, but were hungry so went to the China Inn for dumplings and things. Unfortunately, they were devoured before I got a photo, but I do have a shot of the leftover carnage. I really liked the crispy wonton wrapped prawn things.
