Dinner #181: 27/1/2013

Back in Perth after an awesome trip to Melbourne. Saw a heap of rad bands, ate waaaay too much food, drank great coffee and drank too much beer. Also caught up with lots of great people.
The best thing about being home again though is being able to cook my own food. Don’t get me wrong, I love a good restaurant/cafe/pub meal, but after a few weeks of eating out I get a bit sick of eating food made by strangers. I like cooking, and I like MY cooking 🙂 so, it’s good to be back for that reason.

Steve has been going on about Japanese chicken katsu curry for weeks. As much as I love it, I don’t think it’s the best thing in the world health – wise. Some of the ingredients are a little questionable, so I try not to have it too often. It’s delicious though and hard to resist, and on a 35 degree day, I think is the perfect meal! (Well…maybe…)
