Hooray for Friday! It’s been a long week….
Apparently all we do these days is go and see bands. Tonight we are heading out again to see Norman Blake (from Teenage Fanclub) and Joe Pernice at the Perth Festival, which should be cool. Therefore, cooking up a quick meal with things I found in the fridge. Chicken flavoured with Louisianan Cajun spice (that I got at Gerwurzhaus on our recent trip to Melbourne), rocket & cucumber & feta salad and grilled figs with honey & feta. Super quick – it really did take all of 15 minutes!
