Whilst I was in Melbourne recently I bought this awesome cook book from and awesome cook book shop.

It’s from the 70’s and it’s got many a favourite Austrian recipe in it. I’ve finally gotten around to cooking a recipe from it, and I went with a Potato & Wiener sausage goulash. I’ve been looking for a recipe for this for a long time, but Internet searched have proved fruitless, so I was super stoked to find one in here.
