Dinner #228: 16/3/2013

Well the count down to our European trip has begun. It’s hard to believe that this time next week we will be in Switzerland. Crazy!
It anticipation of this excitement, I bring you: Austrian Gulasch. I’m serving it with rice because I love rice, but it’d be really good with with potatoes or pasta too.
