Goan Spiced Chicken

I’ve been wanting a good curry for days. After changing my mind about ten times I finally settled on this one, which is actually called Murgh Xacuti. I got the recipe from this cheap book that I impulse purchased from Coles one day.(it’s actually really good)

I got to use my mortar and pestle. I love it. It works so well.

And it was an amazingly delicious curry! So, so good! I had to substitute the tamarind paste for some lime juice mixed with brown sugar.
