I didn’t know what to make for dinner tonight. At the last minute I decided on fish tacos and sent Steve down to the shops to pick up some crappy frozen fish. Having a surplus of onions at the moment I decided to make onion rings too. It the end it ended up being a great dinner. And the leftovers were great for lunch the next day.
