Dinner #41: 8/09/2012

Everyone seems to be eating lamb at the moment. All I am hearing is “lamb this…” and “lamb that…” so I thought I would jump on the bandwagon. It is Spring after all, and isn’t that lamb season, or something? Anyway, I made breadcrumbed lamb cutlets, which is something I haven’t had in years. Used to love them when I was a young ‘un. Also made some potatoes roasted with rosemary & garlic and some herby baby carrots. And a salad. Steve made the salad. Nice one.
