Well this is kinda cheating, as this is actually lunch. But it looked so good I couldn’t resist adding it.

Changed my mind last minute when a craving for tonkatsu pork kicked in. They kinda ended up a bit more schnitzel-y because I didn’t haven’t any Japanese Panko crumbs left. Also made tamagoyaki (Japanese omelet)
