We went back to our (new) favourite local pub Steinlechner again tonight. I really wanted Späezle again and was going to get it as a main, but then got distracted by the roast pork with knödel, sauerkraut and potatoes. I briefly toyed with the idea of ordering both, but the waiter informed me that it was a large serving and that I wouldn’t need both. I’m glad I listened because my meal was massive and I struggled to finish it (even with some help from Steve). But, man, was it delicious! So good! One of the best meals ever I think. Steve had another schnitzel – Italian style this time. It was huge also, but he said it was delicious. I really wanted Kaiserschmarn for dessert (both nights actually), but there was no way I was fitting it in.
