Making fish tacos tonight. Making the corn tortillas from scratch using my new tortilla press. (Well I actually bought it about a month ago but haven’t had a chance to use it yet)

The tortillas were a bit tricky (kept breaking apart) but the turned out ok. Battered some fish, made a Pico de Gallo salsa, chipotle mayonaise and some lettuce and avocado. Delicious!

And a large delicious beer!
