Jerk Chicken

Oh man this was THE.BEST.MEAL.EVER! Sooo good!

It’s another of Jamie Oliver’s “30 ‘Minute Meals” (truth be told, it took me longer than 30 minutes, but what do I care, cooking ‘s not a race) – I changed it up a bit with chicken wings (cos that’s what I had) instead of breast, put some chipotle on the corn (cos lets face it EVERYTHING is better with chipotle) and there we have it. Jerk chicken wings, rice with black beans, corn with chipotle and a tasty salad. Yum! ( I’m cooking up the leftovers for lunch whilst I write this)






I tried to make Matcha brownies today too. But they turned out a bit crap and fell apart 😦
