Roast pork belly

Have I mentioned how much I love pork belly? I think I probably have.

Sadly I have no photo of it at the moment. I did take one. But then I downloaded all my phone pix to the computer and deleted them off my phone. So the pic is on the computer now, not here on my phone. I can’t be bothered retrieving it atm.
