The past week in dinners

Monday night was chicken schnitzel night.

Tuesday was spring rolls.

Thursdays meal was nothing to write home about BUT it did include purple Okinawan sweet potatoes. I found some at my fave vege shop in Innaloo. So yum and so purple!

Friday I needed a quick, filling dinner as I was off to do my roller derby assessment. So ham, cheese and avocado toasties were in order.

Saturday we had prawns and salad n stuff.

Then we went to the Fringe Festival to see some friends sing in an indie choir. It was great.

And Sunday, which is today, I found out that I passed my derby assessment – yeah! And we had slow roasted pork belly for dinner with roasted veges and beetroot.

Oh I almost forgot! On Saturday we also had these chips for a snack at the Chevron Festival Gardens.
