A last minute decision to change dinner plans from Ratatoullie (not sure on spelling there) to fondue proved to be THE BEST DECISION EVER. On a trip to the Re Store today, I came across Tiger Cheese fondue in a packet. I grew up eating Tiger cheese, so I couldn’t resist purchasing it.

I have been feeling a bit under the weather today, just for a change (damn I really hate working with children sometimes) and was feeling a bit uninspired to make dinner. So, the aforementioned fondue was the perfect solution to my quandary. Our plans were nearly foiled when we couldn’t find a tea light for the fondue pot, but luckily I work with children, and their parents sometimes give you gifts – and a tea light was found in a oil burner that was given to me by one of the mums.
Chopped up some random things I found in the fridge, and before we knew it, we were drinking Jägermeister and dipping tasty morsels into tasty hot cheesy goodness. Divine.
