Crazier than a coconut

Made a coconut fish curry for dinner tonight. This involved cracking in to a whole coconut.


Steve hit it multiple times with the back of a large knife and eventually it split in two.




It was a bit of an effort, but worth it. The coconut was fresh and delicious. And the curry was great! But the Birds Eye chillis sprinkled over top proved to be too spicy for either of us to handle.



And for future reference (cos I never remember) the recipe for this curry came from the November 2014 edition of Feast magazine.
