When in Nagoya, it would be just plain wrong to not try their regional specialty of miso katsu. So we decided to pay a visit to the famous Yabuton miso Katsu restaurant. We had to line up in the cold for a little while, but it didn’t take too long as the restaurant was huge – 3 floors of katsu goodness. My food was sizzling when it arrived and I was given a bib to wear. I wore it only for the photo
As we left, their mascot, a pig (buta) was dancing around outside. We couldn’t resist getting a photo with him, seeing as though we’d just eaten his relatives and all 😕
