Pork belly

We eat so much Japanese and Japanese inspired food, which don’t get me wrong, is a good thing, but sometimes I just feel like a good old fashioned roast. I got pork belly, partly because I love it but partly because it was all they had at the shops. Made some veges with it and a bean salad. Divine. Oh and opened my jar of cinnamon pears that I’d pickled a couple of weeks ago. They turned out good.
