I just realised I haven’t done any updates all week! It’s been a super busy week…first week back at work after the school holidays, plus band rehearsals 3 nights this week so it’s no wonder I forgot. So, let’s recap…
Monday I made spaghetti Bolognaise.
Tuesday I made chicken and quinoa
Wednesday we had donburi – rice with tuna soboro, pumpkin and soft boiled egg
Thursday we had delicious oven roasted pork belly with rice and salad
And Friday we had bacon and cheese quesadillas
