Ok, let’s go back to last Sunday. Something I’ve wanted to try making for ages is salted grilled salmon. It’s one of my favourite foods in Japan. Preparation began he night before when I had to salt the salmon.
Then it goes in to the fridge overnight. It really should’ve stay in the fridge for about 2 days, but I couldn’t wait, so I cooked it up on Sunday. It was super delicious!
Then I packed up the leftovers in to our bentos for lunch the next day.
