Gluten free pizza

I’ve been eating too many wheat products recently so I was determined to make the pizza tonight gluten free. I had to make pizza to use up some ingredients I had (such as blue cheese near its expiration date). Unfortunately the gluten free base was more like rubber than a nice crispy pizza base. Shame, cos the toppings were tasty.
