Last week sometime we decided to make gyozaLast, because I’m kind of addicted to dumplings of any kind. Thought we would have a crack at making the gyoza dough from scratch because like, how hard can it be? It’s only flour, water and salt. Well, making the dough itself wasn’t really hard, but rolling the dough out into little gyoza wrappers was quite difficult and tiring. On a Tuesday night, it’s not really what one needs. But, they did turn out really well and they were delicious. The inside of the gyoza has chicken mince, coriander, lemon and a few other things. I love gyoza!
