And….we are back on schedule! Finally! Last night I made ginger pork with bean sprouts, enoki mushrooms and the leftover mash and artichokes. I’m on work (school) holidays at the moment, which is nice, so I’m hoping to try to make some different foods that I don’t normally get the time to make.
