Phew! It’s been a crazy busy last week and a half or so. Steve’s parents visiting from Melbourne, going back to work after the school holidays, catching up with old friends etc etc We managed to have plenty of delicious food throughout the week though, which was nice.
Steve’s mum & dad (hi guys! 🙂 ) got in from Melbourne last Thursday, so for dinner that night I made chicken gyoza. There was a lot of them, but we managed to get through almost all of them. And they were delicious. So addicted to dumplings right now.
The cooking process –
Friday night we cooked up some prawns and salad
And on Saturday night we made miso tooth fish (so, so good) and also a delicious octopus salad.
