My holidays are almost over :(

Only one week left. Nooooooooooo! So I decided to cook up some things I’ve not cooked before. Yes, OK, it was still Japanese food though. All the recipes came from the Tokyo Cult Recipes cookbook I got for Christmas. 

   
 
So what we have here is : Scallop & Daikon Radish salad (so good), Simmered Daikon with Miso sauce, Eggplant & Capsicum with a miso sauce, Karaage Chicken and rice. It was all delicious.

For dessert I made milk custards with blueberries soaked in Kirsch.
