I made a Japanese vegetable curry. I was trying to emulate a curry Steve enjoyed half way around Lake Kawaguchi on the day we rode our bikes around it. I’m not sure if I was successful because I don’t know what the original curry tasted like! Either way, this one was pretty tasty.
