The problem I have at the moment is that I can’t remember how to cook anything except Japanese style food! Every time I think of something to make for dinner it always seems to involve rice or Japanese seasonings. It’s not really a problem I guess ☺️ Anyway to further support this theory here are a couple of meals we had recently.
The first one is Onigiri with cold somen noodles. The somen noodles have a soy sauce based dipping sauce and they are early tasty.
Then on another night we had karaage chicken, eggplant and somen noodles (again) because I had more of the dipping sauce I needed to use up.
