Dinner #3: 1/08/2012

Another day, another Japanese inspired meal. This is Sesame chicken donburi with green capsicum, daikon radish salad and homemade pickles. It was good. I’d never made the Daikon radish salad before, and was a little skeptical, but it was super delicious – a real highlight!

And the best thing about this meal -leftovers! Packed two awesome bento lunches for work the next day.
