I so wanted prawn tacos tonight. But I couldn’t find corn tacos anywhere. So, this was what I came up with instead. Chipotle & lime prawns with guacamole, rice & chipotle mayonaise. Going to have to buy a tortilla press and make my own taco shells me thinks….
