Prawn and pork gyoza.

I ran out of gyoza wrappers, so I used the rest of the filling to make little meatball-y type things.
Next, the cooking process!
They get cooked on one side until they are all crispy, then you pour a bit of water into the pan, and put a lid on it so they steam and cook finished.
Divine. And there was even enough leftovers for tomorrows lunches.
