Dinner #360: 17/7/2013

Trying to make Mexican food tonight. “Carne en su Jugo” or Meat in its Juices. That doesn’t sound all that appetising I know, but the recipe sounds delicious. I even had to track down some tomatillos (which I luckily found in a nearby Spanish shop/restaurant).
