Not long now….almost at a year of dinners! It’s kind of sad.
I had a whole lot of tomatillos (of the canned variety – because I don’t think fresh ones are available any where in Perth) left from last nights dinner. They weren’t exactly cheap, so I didn’t want to waste the rest of them (for the record, even if they WERE cheap, I wouldn’t want to waste them), so I decided to use them to make a Salsa Verde to have with fish tacos. Problem is, I couldn’t find any of the soft tacos that I like in the shops. Always the way! So, tonight’s dinner is “Deconstructed Fish Tacos” 🙂
Salsa verde
