Scallops are the best things ever. This is a Jamie Oliver “30 Minute Meal” – Sticky Pan Fried Scallops. The rice has egg and chilli sauce and coriander in it
and the green veges (broccoli, kale, asparagus & bok choi) are steamed then tossed in olive oil and soy sauce. The scallops have Chinese five spice amongst other stuff on them and quickly fried before garlic, chilli, honey, lemon juice and butter is added to the pan. The result is delicious.
