I really should give up trying to convince myself that gluten free pasta isn’t any different to real pasta. Cos it’s not. It’s gluggy and tasteless and ALWAYS sticks to the bottom of the pan. Anyway, I made carbonara with said gluten free pasta, and it was pretty lame. Well, it was ok I guess.
Then I went and walked on stilts for a bit at a quiz night for Roller Derby. (
We didn’t win the quiz night btw, came about 5th)
