Had another crack at making tortillas from scratch. I’ve been struggling to find somewhere that will sell me the proper flour, but I got a blue corn flour which smelt amazing and ended up working pretty good.
The tortillas had chorizo, red onion, mozzarella and coriander in them.
Also had some corn with chilli, feta & coriander
And some not very Mexican at all Ouzo .
Just had the lunch. Sensational.
