Salmon.

Grilled salted salmon. This meal tastes so much like Japan. The salmon is slightly cured by 2 days of sitting covered in salt. It’s such a delicious way to cook salmon. And it doesn’t make it really salty like you might think.
Made agedashi tofu, sesame enoki, pickled cucumbers and rice to go with it.
