I made slow cooked beef brisket and it was really delicious. First I cooked it in the slow cooker with beef stock, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and onions and garlic. Once it had finished cooking in the slow cooker, I transferred it to a pot a put it it the oven for another hour. Just to thicken up the sauce an make it a bit more flavourful. And it turned our really good. I was worried that it might be a bit too salty, but it wasn’t. I made mashed potatoes, creamed silver beet and coleslaw to go with it.
