Here’s a quite update of some Japanese food I’ve been cooking recently.
Sesame spinach, simmered daikon radish and tamagoyaki.
I somehow always set out to make a simple meal, then all of a sudden I end up with all these things!
Leftovers packed in bento for the next days lunch, are the best!
Last night I did again – “I’m just going to make grilled salmon and rice” I say. Next thing you know, I’ve made about 20 things.
Wow..looks great …. why travel to Japan if one can get an invite and visit Mount Lawley kitchen 🙂
