It was the second last day of work before the school holidays, so I thought I would drop by the nearby Pearl of Highgate Swiss Bakery to buy some cakes as a treat. If you have never been there before – well, do yourself a favour and get down there. I’m not much of a cake person generally, but these cakes are amazing. I got a boysenberry and orange tart and a chocolate & orange cake. Yum!
