Ok, so the only thing better than the breakfasts at Shinazawa, are the dinners. For 2000 yen (that’s roughly 20 Australian dollars) you can book dinner at the hotel. We ended up doing this twice on this trip. Again, we sadly had to share our dinner time with the annoying family (see previous post), but even that wasn’t enough to sully the experience. The meals include seafood, a mini hotpot, rice, soup, pickles, vegetables etc etc. Everything is made fresh and is just amazingly delicious. I think IF you could even get a meal like that here it would cost like $200. Amazing. I hope they never stop doing this.
