Back to work this week…hooray! Not. Means less time for cooking fancy meals and less time, well for everything really. Oh well, what can you do?
Monday’s meal – rice, egg and tuna. Can’t really go wrong here. Simple, tasty, relatively healthy (except when I use too much Japanese mayonaise)
Tuesday – karaage chicken, rice (again), daikon salad, tofu
Wednesday – sort of Huevos Rancheros (at least there’s no rice tonight!)
