Still trying to relive the magic that was a Miyajima and all it’s tasty oyster meals, I decided to make Japanese curry with crumbed oysters for dinner tonight. And, just because I could, I moulded the rice in to an otter, because, well, because it’s cute and that’s all that matters really!
Poor lil otter guy, seems to have lost his body.
