Anyway, I digress…Monday night I made Pasta Carbonara (gluten free). Trying very hard to get wheat out of my diet again as I have been eating too much of it lately, and it doesn’t make me feel very good. I seem to be able to tolerate a bit, but I’ve just got to be careful.
Tuesday I made a potato and cauliflower curry with a garlicky cucumber raita. Trying to kill some germs.
