Went to  Catalano’s Seafood this morning to buy some seafood for the week. The Blue Swimmer Crabs looked fresh and good so I bought a couple. Also got a bag of mussels. And a whole lot of other stuff too.

Poor little guys. But, so tasty. I kept the crabs simple. Just cracked them open and got out the meat. For the mussels, I first steamed them to open them up, then took off the top she’ll, topped them with butter, garlic and parsley and briefly cooked them under the grill. Deeeeelicious!

 We also had some cheese, a mango salsa and the most delicious bread ever infused with truffle oil. Yum!
