I made Japanese curry with crumbed oysters. I could resist using my otter rice mould. He’s so cute 🙂

   
 
We tried another of our Christmas sakes too. This one is unfiltered and hence it has some lumpy bits in it and is not as clear as other sake. It’s really nice though, quite different tasting.
