The other week when we bought some Whitebait (or as we like to call them “chips of the sea”) and some Uni (sea urchin)

Here’s the uni out of the container. Yes, it looks a bit weird, but it is delicious trust me.

I Fried up the whitebait and made some other Japanese dishes like Braised Daikon.
